Eat & Drink: Cheese Making Workshop

Calling all cheese enthusiasts! Ever dreamed of becoming a cheese-making wizard but not sure where to begin? Well, fear not! Join the fabulous Kristin Webber, aka the Chicken Librarian for a cheese-making extravaganza where you'll learn the art of whipping up "30 Minute Mozzarella"! All you need is one gallon of top-notch milk, and you'll be on your whey to creating some delicious cheeses.
 
This hands-on class will guide you through the cheesemaking basics, provide all the supplies you need, and most importantly, guarantee a whole lot of fun! Plus, each participant gets to take home their very own homemade mozzarella!
 
No cheese-making experience required just bring your curiosity and appetite for adventure. Tickets are $50 per person and include all the cheesy goodness.

Try: Murder at the Sock Hop - A Murder Mystery Dinner Show

Step into the time machine and journey back to the groovy era of 1955, where poodle skirts, hot rods, and rockin' tunes rule the scene! The social clubs of Ryder High School and East High School are teaming up to throw the ultimate sock hop bash, aiming to bury the hatchet on their not-so-friendly rivalry. But when the D-Birds, Pink Chicks, Pit Vipers, and Black Widows collide, things take a wild turn. When new student Brandy Dee takes an unexpected tumble, fingers start wagging and secrets start spilling faster than a soda at a soda fountain. Did East High take things too far? Were Ryder High's friendships all just a sham? And who's got a secret to keep? Strap on your saddle shoes and slick back your hair, because it's time to crack the case and uncover the truth at this 1950s-themed mystery party!

Watch & Listen: Movies in the Cave - The Goonies

When: Saturday, May 18th, 11am, 1:30pm, 4pm, 6:30pm(Sold Out), 9pm
Where: Cherokee Caverns / 8524 Oak Ridge Hwy. Knoxville
 
Experience the beloved movie "The Goonies" from inside the depths of a real live cave among the stalactites and stalagmites. Tickets are $15 each and children 3 and under are free. You can pre-purchase your movie tickets online in advance or purchase tickets on-site (if they aren't sold out). Chairs will be provided, but you can bring your own. The cave is always 58 degrees so keep that in mind when you are planning.
 
Concessions will be available in The Grotto and prepared and served by J&J Dogs and More. They will have snacks like hot dogs, pizza, nachos, candy, and popcorn.
 
Your ticket includes a self-guided tour of the cave 30 minutes before and after the movie. The Cave path is wheelchair and stroller-friendly.
